CONTRACTOR RESULTS DATA

All marketing has variability. In the interest of providing maximum transparency, Contractor Independence has conducted an analysis of its Contractor Results Data and made that data available to the public.

Contractor Independence Marketing LLC (“CI”) provides all clients with access to a Contractor Portal. This portal automatically tracks calls derived from CI’s lead generation activities on its clients’ behalf, that come in through the Google Business Profile tracking number for each client.

The following is an analysis of Inbound Calls generated by Contractor Independence Marketing for all clients who were onboarded between 1/1/2023 and 10/31/2023.

Out of these clients, 221 remained in the campaign for at least 6-months. The results of these 221 clients were analyzed in order to help determine the average or “typical” number of inbound call results for a client who utilizes the services that CI offers. The results of this analysis are summarized below. Please note that numbers are rounded to the nearest whole number percentage.

9% (20/221) of the clients analyzed had received less than 30 inbound phone calls were generated through the Contractor Independence Marketing service.

19% (42/221) of the clients analyzed had received 30-100 inbound phone calls were generated through the Contractor Independence Marketing service.

26% (57/221) of the clients analyzed had received 101-200 inbound phone calls were generated through the Contractor Independence Marketing service.

46% (102/221) of the clients analyzed had received greater than 200 inbound phone calls were generated through the Contractor Independence Marketing service.

These calls are analyzed by an advanced language learning model AI that determines whether or not the call was a verified lead. A “Verified Lead” is defined as a person who is actively looking to have contractor work done, has questions about the service, or is looking to receive a quote.

In order to track verified leads, clients must pick up the phone when it rings. The preferred pickup rate is greater than 85% - and the bare minimum pickup rate required is 50%. The failure of clients to answer has a direct correlation to a lower number of calls qualifying as “Verified Leads.”

Out of the above 221 clients, 79 clients had maintained the minimum 50% pickup rate. The results of these 79 clients

were analyzed in order to help determine the average or “typical” verified lead results of a client who utilizes the

services that CI offers. The results of this analysis are summarized below. Please note that numbers are rounded to

the nearest whole number percentage.

16% (13/79) of the clients analyzed had generated less than 20 verified leads through the Contractor Independence

Marketing service.

20% (16/79) of the clients analyzed had generated 20-50 verified leads through the Contractor Independence

Marketing service.

24% (19/79) of the clients analyzed had generated 51-100 verified leads through the Contractor Independence

Marketing service.

39% (31/79) of the clients analyzed had generated greater than 100 verified leads through the Contractor

Independence Marketing service.
